Refund policy

30 Day Return Policy - Upon receiving your item, you have 7 days to request a return. Upon receiving your item, you have 30 days to return to our warehouse.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE - NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES.

ALL RETURNS/EXCHANGES/CANCELATIONS WILL HAVE A 10% RESTOCKING FEE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR STORE CREDIT GIFT CARD. NO REFUNDS WHAT SO EVER UNLESS IT IS A MISTAKE ON OUR END!! WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SHIPPING FEES FOR RETURNED ITEMS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTAL PURCHASES AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN, ONLY STORE CREDIT MINUS THE 10% FEE WHICH COVERS COSTS WE HAVE EVERY TIME AN ORDER IS PLACED.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also include a note in your return package stating your name, order number, reason for return and if you have spoken with me (Haley).

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as beauty products, bralettes, jewelry, shoes, purses, wallets, wild rags, bodysuits and any kind of accessories. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refund/Store Credit
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically be issued a store credit to email or text.
