Shipping Policy

Online orders will be processed and shipped within 1-10 business days from date of purchase, but usually much sooner. Shipped orders will be sent via USPS with a tracking number (US only). We are not responsible for returned, damaged, lost, or stolen packages, nor are we responsible for incorrect addresses. We ship to the address provided at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we are happy to resend it to you, but may charge an additional shipping fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if orders are returned.

Once an order is placed, we are not able to cancel or alter an order.

Be checking our social media during fall/winter months and spring months as we do travel to events so this could interfere with shipping times.

Orders of $150 and more will be eligible to receive free standard shipping (US only).
